Who we are

Calicut Cravings is a food business based in Kozhikode, Kerala, India, licensed under FSSAI licence number 21324247000581. These terms apply to every order placed on calicutcravings.com and its checkout at shop.calicutcravings.com.

Orders and payment

An order is accepted when you receive our confirmation email. Prices are in Indian rupees and include GST. Payment is taken in full at checkout through Razorpay; we do not store your card or UPI details. We may cancel and refund an order if a product is unavailable or a price was displayed in error, and we will tell you why.

Products

Our products are fried, ready-to-eat snacks. Ingredients and allergens are listed on each product page and printed on the pack; Kozhi Ada contains wheat (gluten) and chicken. Weights are net weights at packing. Because everything is made by hand in small batches, the look of individual pieces varies.

Delivery, refunds and cancellation

Delivery is governed by our Shipping policy. There are no returns and no change-of-mind refunds; the only exceptions, and how to cancel before dispatch, are set out in our Returns and refunds policy. Both policies are part of these terms.

Your account

You can check out as a guest. If you create an account, it uses a one-time code sent to your email; keep that inbox secure. You are responsible for the accuracy of the delivery address you give us.

Liability and law

Our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019. These terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes are subject to the courts at Kozhikode, Kerala.
